Customization goes 2 wheels. 1 speed. Awesomeness.

A friend just forwarded me this, and I got so excited. I blogged it. New from UrbanOutfitters.com, the Aristotle v1.5 custom color, single-speed bike. What's the big deal you ask? Here's the big deal. You pick the frame color, the seat color, the tire color, the wheel color, the crank color, the grip color, the crank and seatpost color. What? The chain is too boring for you? PICK A COLOR. OK, maybe I love bikes too much anyway, and building them is fun but you need a lot of tools and a lot of space. Plus I love virtually building things and already knowing how cool they're going to look when they get delivered to my place.
I love building virtual cars online, but I can never afford to actually buy those, but this bike, at only $399 is a virtual steal. It's even got a flip-flop fixed/free hub so you can coast or be a real bad mammer jammer and grind away at fixed gear.
It's not the most performance-oriented bike the world, but what performance bike is going to have an orange rear wheel, a grey front one, a green frame, red chain.... well you get the picture. This is pure product innovation, after it gets the appropriate stickers added to it, it will be the perfect bike for anyone.
Bikes are built on a first-come, first-served basis and are currently on a 7 day period. A small time to wait for coolness. Thanks BV!
